FOR CONGREGATIONS SEEKING TO CALL A MINISTER

Consultation is offered to pastor search committes and personnel committees as they seek pastors or other church staff members.

The Minister/Church Relations Department offers orientation or training for committees upon request, as well as printed resources. You can request training or materials by contacting the SBTC offices at 817-552-2500 or 877-953-SBTC (toll free).

Complete a Church Profile and upon request, resumes of prospective candidates will be sent to your pastor search committee. Further requests for additional resumes can be made at any time. Your file will remain active for six months. If we do not hear from you, it will be deactivated at that time. After six months you may keep it on active status by simply contacting the SBTC offices.

Do you need information on church staff compensation? Check out the online multi-state compensation study. Run a customized report based on church size, budget, experience and more!

FOR MINISTERS SEEKING A NEW PLACE OF SERVICE
The Minister/Church Relations Department provides assistance to ministers seeking ministry positions. Ministers simply create a profile using our Next Step Resume Service. Resumes will be forwarded - without evaluation or recommendation - to churches upon request. Your resume will remain active for up to six months, but can be reactivated after that time by request. A phone call, note, or e-mail will reactivate your resume. You may also deactivate your file at any time.
