High School Student Pastor - Fellowship of the Parks (FOTP) - North Fort Worth Campus

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead FOTP's 9-12th grade student ministry.  

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Christ follower and have been baptized by immersion.
  2. Must be fully engaged (or willing to become fully engaged) at FOTP, including FOTP's Leadership Covenant and agreement with FOTP's Statement of Beliefs.
  3. Must be a proven team builder and relational leader.
  4. Ability to captivate students, lead volunteers, and communicate clearly to parents.
  5. Experience in a growing and healthy student ministry.

Expectations:

  1. Reach, connect and develop relationships with students and their parents.
  2. Recruit, connect and develop a top-notch leadership team of volunteers.
  3. This is a part-time job with an expectation of 20-25 hours per week.
  4. We expect the middle school ministry to grow both numerically and in maturity.
