Requirements/Qualifications The successful candidate will: 1. Fit the qualifications for Pastor found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9 2. Be an ordained Southern Baptist minister 3. Strong leadership and administrative skills required 4. Possess effective communication skills 5. Have completed or be working towards a Master’s and/or Doctorate from seminary or divinity school (preferred) 6. Submit a 1-2 page resume with relevant work experience, educational, information, personal information and references with contact information.
