Are you passionate about guiding and inspiring the next generation? We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bi-Vocational Youth Pastor to lead our youth ministry. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule. First Baptist Church of Lefors is located in the small Panhandle town of Lefors Texas approximately 1 hour north of Amarillo. Nearby towns of Pampa and Borger offer multiple shopping and employment opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic individual who has a heart for reaching the youth to lead our youth department and reach our local teens. Qualifications as set forth in scripture in 1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1, opportunities to preach from the pulpit will be available. We have a dedicated youth program and family meal on wednesdays and youth Sunday school. We are a traditional southern Baptist church, we sing hymns and modern praise and worship.
