South Shore Baptist Church (SSBC) is a suburban church in Hingham, MA, on Boston’s south shore. Our church exists to glorify God by worshipping Him and by making disciples for Christ from the people of the south shore and beyond. SSBC is looking for an experienced individual to serve as a full-time Youth Director or Youth Pastor (YD/P) depending on ministry experience and qualifications. The YD/P is responsible to partner with parents in shepherding students from grades six through twelve towards maturity in Christ.

Youth ministry is challenging in every location. It is especially challenging in New England. That's why youth ministry is so important to us and has been highly valued by our church for many years. Our student ministry is healthy, has a great team of volunteers, and is strongly supported by our Elders, staff, and entire congregation. We want our YD/P to flourish personally and professionally.
