Minister to Students, Children and their Families

Seeking Full-Time Minister to Students, Children and their Families that will provide leadership and oversee a well-balanced ministry for students/children and minister with their families through ministry and missions.
Family Ministry: Develop and maintain relationships with CBC families of students and children. Minister to and with CBC families with students and children as they experience life. Encourage, enlist and engage families in ministry and mission opportunities through the local church and in global missions.
Student Ministry: Develop and maintain an effective Student Ministry that leads students into a relationship with God and encourages students to mature in their walk with God. Lead weekly Bible studies, worship and ministry activities. Encourage, promote, and actively engage and participate in student ministry activities that provide spiritual growth, fellowship, small groups bible studies, mission opportunities, camps, retreats, community services, network and denominational events.
Children Ministry: Provide leadership and oversee Children’s Ministry and work effectively with the leadership team to ensure the Children’s Ministry leads children into a relationship with God and encourages children to mature in their walk with God. Assist in the recruitment of leaders, teachers, and volunteers for all Children's Ministry positions.
