The Church Campus

Bayou City Fellowship is one church with three local expressions at Spring Branch, Cypress and Tomball.  We are seeking Lead Campus Pastors for our Cypress and Tomball congregations.  As a church, we emphasize three things that guide our ministries: 1) a radical focus on Jesus, 2) serving the city and the world and 3) planting new churches.  Bayou City Fellowship is elder-governed and the Senior Pastor leads the staff and the church on behalf of the elders.

The Lead Campus Pastors of the Cypress and Tomball congregations report to the Senior Pastor.  They partner with the Senior Pastor in casting and carrying out the church’s overall vision of being Jesus-focused communities at their respective campuses.   This vision will be accomplished through consistent proclamation/teaching & application of God’s word, shepherding & managing the staff and affairs of the campus, and providing direction for ministries and pastoral care. While reporting to the Senior Pastor, the Lead Campus Pastors operate within the leadership framework that includes local campus elders.
