About CBC
CBC is blessed with a beautiful, debt-free campus, including a worship center that seats 600. Before COVID, weekly worship attendance averaged over 300. Since then, attendance has settled around 125. We have been strengthened by a committed core group and are steadily working toward returning to pre-COVID attendance levels.
CBC is a Southern Baptist church that affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 (BF&M 2000).
About the Senior Pastor
Our next Senior Pastor will:
- Fully affirm the BF&M 2000 and the inerrancy of Scripture, faithfully and passionately preaching and teaching God's Word.
- Serve as a shepherd who genuinely loves and cares for people, meeting pastoral needs while equipping the congregation for ministry.
- Be a visionary leader and evangelist with a heart for reaching people for Christ and strengthening the church's staff and ministries.
- Be a man of integrity who values accountability and can be trusted to oversee the church's ministry and operations.
- Demonstrates a healthy private life, prioritizing personal devotion to God and responsibilities to his family.
- Be humble and approachable, relating to others in a Christlike manner.
