Full Time Worship Pastor:
The Worship Pastor at Clearfork Baptist Church will manage the worship and production ministries. They will report to the senior pastor as will as serving in other leadership roles such as planning, developing, and implementing the mission of the church.
Caniddate Requirements not inclusive:
-Called to ministry with a desire to use music as a means of equipping and edifying
-Education: College degree and formal theological training preferred but not required
-Proficient vocalist and instrumentalist with ability to read
-Experience in leading worship and developing teams in music and production
-Flexible with various musical styles
-Able to pastor all ages and types of people
-Able to assist and contribute senior pastor's leadership
