The Worship Leader is responsible for magnifying the greatness of God and Jesus Christ through the planning, conducting, and promotion of the music and worship programs of our church.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES // AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This person should (1) maintain a healthy and growing spiritual life and lead others to do the same; (2) recruits volunteers; (3) participate regularly in leading worship music at our gathering on Sundays and at other events from time to time; (4) recruit, develop, and lead a worship team; (5) work with the pastor to select worship song sets that are Gospel-centered and Christ-exalting; (6) establish and lead rehearsals; and (7) help in the oversight and coordination of other areas related to worship—sound, lights, video, etc.
