First Baptist Church, Roswell, New Mexico, is seeking a Lead Pastor. The healthy, growing, multi-generational, and multi-ethnic congregation desires to advance the Gospel across southeast New Mexico and the world. The Lead Pastor must be a strong leader, an ardent teacher of the Bible, and unafraid to stand on Biblical principles in response to cultural pressures. He must also be passionate about caring for members and empowering associate pastors, staff, and church members to engage their calling.
