Worship Minister, part time
About this role:
The role of the Worship Minister is to lead all aspects of the worship life of Deer Park First Baptist Church. This involves leadership and administration of the worship ministery and mobilizing the musical talents of the church.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary worship leader for DPFBC
Coach, mentor, and care for the worship team volunteers
Lead regularly scheduled rehearsals for the worship team
Ensure selected music for the services glorifies God and aligns with the beliefs of DPFBC
Be an active participant in the life of DPFBC.
This position reports to the Senior Pastor.
