ONBOARDING NEW MEMBERS

• Oversee Greeter ministry
  • Recruit & Train leaders
  • Follow up with new members & prospects
• Develop & oversee onboarding process
  • First half of the DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
• Lead new member classes
  • Help develop our new member procedure
  • Oversee a follow up strategy for visitors & prospective church members

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

• Coordinate adult Sunday School
• Recruit & train teachers & hosts
• Identify potential new teachers & create new groups
• Provide pastoral care and build a community for and with lay leaders in the areas of Adult Discipleship. 
• Evaluate and select Quarterly curriculum for the whole church to use
• Evaluate & approve any potential curriculum for groups to use other than the church wide quarterly curriculum
• Overseeing information and tracking of small group participants and leaders.

DISCIPLESHIP STRATEGY

• Assist pastor and other staff in the development of a DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
• Help build a long range discipleship strategy for 1-1 / 1-2 discipleship
  • Develop & oversee 1-1 / 1-2 discipleship strategy
• Create additional adult discipleship opportunities on Wednesday nights for specific areas of need
  • ie. Finances, parenting, etc.
  • Semester (6-8 weeks sessions)
