CHILDREN'S MINISTER: SALARIED FULL TIME PLUS MEDICAL & RETIREMENT

We are looking for the right person to join our team and lead our children’s ministry at FBC Castroville. The children’s ministry is excited and looking forward to a high-impact and gospel-driven leader. We are looking for a talented person who loves Jesus and connects naturally with children and their families.

YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK IF YOU ARE: 

  • Knowledgeable in children’s ministry with at least two years of experience.
  • Experienced in developing and motivating adults and children to become growing followers of Jesus.
  • Willing to relocate to our community.
  • Awesome at communicating and relating to others, especially children and their parents.

YOU WILL BE HAPPY IF YOU ENJOY:

  • Teaching children about Jesus.
  • Building a relational children’s ministry team.
  • Recruiting, training, and leading adult volunteers and growing young leaders.
  • Overseeing weekly children’s ministry experiences.
  • Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekly services.
