LifePont Church of Lufkin is seeking a Part Time/Bi-Vocational youth pastor. We are seeking a man of Godly Character and integrity to help build a youth program in an area just outside of Lufkin (Hudson) that is rapidly growing and expanding with young and middle aged families. LPC is looking for a godly young man who is eager to grow in his own faith as well as aid young people in growing in their own. Must have a deep understanding and love for the Word of God. A godly young man to build young disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach) while serving as a spiritual leader and role model. Hours worked shall vary from week to week according to activities and primary work schedule. Work plans and schedule will need to be approved by senior pastor. As a Bi-vocational minister some office hours will be required to meet with other staff, senior pastor and ministry preparation.
