Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for a Next Steps Pastor who will champion guest engagement, new member assimilation, volunteer mobilization, and discipleship pathways. If you thrive in relational ministry and are passionate about hospitality and spiritual growth of the church body, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements:

• Have and maintain a personal, growing relationship with Christ
• Demonstrate a passion for God and personal consistent practice of spiritual disciplines
• Alignment with Cross City’s beliefs, as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000), and especially the 7 beliefs covering The Bible, The Trinity, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation, The Second Coming, and Marriage
• Actively attend and participate at Cross City Church, or commit to begin doing so upon hire
• Demonstrated leadership in volunteer recruitment, training, and team development
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Relational aptitude and ability to engage with guests, members, and ministry teams
• Comfortable with public speaking in both small and large group settings
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks across ministries
• Passion for fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered church environment
• Understanding of discipleship pathways and spiritual growth strategies
• Proven experience planning and executing church-wide events and coordinating with cross-functional teams
