We’re looking for a passionate and gifted Worship Pastor to join our team and lead our church family in engaging, Christ-centered worship.
At Living Water worship isn’t just music—it’s a way of life. We’re seeking someone with strong leadership and organizational skills who can develop and lead a team of musicians, vocalists, and tech volunteers with excellence and humility.
The right candidate will:

• Provide clear spiritual and musical leadership for our worship team.
• Have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Plan and lead worship services that engage the congregation and glorify Christ.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and staff to create cohesive and meaningful worship experiences.
• Shepherd and develop the gifts of the worship team through coaching, rehearsals, and encouragement.
• Be proficient vocally and instrumentally (preferably guitar).
• Be flexible, teachable, and passionate about the local church.

Pay is based on experience, and we’re looking for someone who feels called to lead worship—not just perform. This is more than a job; it’s a ministry to the body of Christ.
