First Baptist Springtown is seeking a Minister/Pastor of Music and Media who is called to lead God’s people in Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship and to steward media as a tool for ministry and discipleship. This position provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of the worship ministry and supports the mission of the church through excellence in music, technology, and communication.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and leading weekly worship services in collaboration with the pastoral staff
Recruiting, training, and shepherding choir members, praise team members, and instrumentalists
Providing vision and leadership for all music-related ministries
Overseeing media ministries, including audio/visual, livestream, and digital support for worship and church communication
Encouraging congregational participation in worship and developing future worship leaders
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a growing walk with Christ, a heart for the local church, musical competence, audio/video competence, and the ability to lead teams with humility, joy, and excellence.
