Pastor Job Summary

Our church is currently seeking a pastor to be the leader of the pastoral ministries of our church. 

 

Pastor Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead the church to engage in fellowship of worship, witness, education, and ministry, and their application.
  • Proclaim the Gospel to believers and unbelievers, and expound the full Word of God to the church.
  • Care for the church’s members and other persons in the community.
  • Supervise all staff.

Pastor Requirements and Qualifications 

  • The pastoral candidate must be an ordained minister, or must be ordained as soon as possible after accepting the position.
