The pastor is the under shepherd and provides the spiritual oversight and direction of the church and its ministries. We are seeking a pastor who has a heart for God and a deep desire to live for Christ and see others come to know and serve Him. He should have the mind of a scholar, the heart of a shepherd and the perseverance of a soldier.
