Seek to minister in all areas of Evangelism, Sunday School, Missions, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Worship and actively seek to use Youth Ministry as a point of outreach to the unsaved and unchurched.

Realize that ministry opportunities do not always fall within the guidelines of the job description no matter how well defined. Be ready to accept assignments from the Pastor to work on projects deemed necessary for our overall church body. Work within the Youth Ministry budget and give reports and calendar vision in all Business and Church Council meetings. Prepare and present an itemized budget annually that meets the financial needs of all areas of ministry related to Student Ministry to the Finance Committee. Seek to develop a close relationship w/ adult volunteers who participate in helping w/ stundent ministries and be available to minister to them in their times of need.

Be a servant that's truly called of God in this field of ministry by not using it to promote next level ministry or using it as a stepping stone to a Pastorate position.
