Lead the congregation in worhsip through music. Work with Sr. Pastor to conduct worship serices using music (hymns and contemporary) and other elements of worship. Currently using a praise team but have had a choir, too. Help prepare others by conducting practices and preparation. Should provide leadership during holiday times, funerals, and weddings, as needed.
