Minister to Middle School Students

This position will provide visionary leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction to our students in grades 6^th – 8^th. This person will report to the Minister to Students and will collaborate to execute the church’s vision and mission.

• Set goals and develop action plans for growth in junior high ministry and develop other goals which correspond with the mission of the church
• Equip and mentor leaders for small groups, Bible studies, and student discipleship programs for 6^th – 8^th grade
• Plan, organize and facilitate events and activities for students that are aimed at engaging them in spiritual growth, fellowship, and service
• Curate curriculum and resources for discipleship and spiritual development for middle school students
• Create opportunities for relationship building among junior high students through events, small groups, and service projects
• Mentor and disciple students in their walk with Christ
• Engage with students outside of the walls of the church to build relationships and rapport
• Partner with parents to provide ministerial care and guidance
