The Associate Pastor of Worship and Youth is a full-time ministerial position and is under the supervision of the Senior Pastor. It is based on a minimum 40 hour work week with one weekday designated as an off-day in consultation with the Senior Pastor.
In addition to Salary and Housing Allowance, the church will provide participation in Medi-Share Christian medical co-op at the church’s expense, and church provision for tuition and fees for the pursuit of a Christian Ministry degree online.
The qualifications for the position will include godly character and a clear sense of call to vocational Christian ministry. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead a worship team both with an acoustic guitar and vocally. The candidate must have a deep love for teenagers and both a vision and organizational skills to lead a Youth Ministry that will make Christ known to youth and encourage them in their faith journeys.
