Director, Child Development Center, First Baptist Church, Pampa, TX is a strategic position combining ministry and management in impacting 100+ families annually through leading a full-time, weekday early childhood ministry. The Child Development Center (CDC) averages 80-100 preschoolers in the all-day program and 40+ Pre-K through 5th-grade children in our afterschool ministry.

You will oversee a staff of 20 or more employees with an annual budget of approximately $480,000, manage the day-to-day operations, foster a positive atmosphere for children and staff, and ensure that state safety and educational standards are met.

You will also be part of the ministry leadership team of First Baptist Church, Pampa, and work closely with our ministries to preschoolers and children.

Salary commensurate with experience.
