(Christmas, Easter, VBS, etc.)Provide leadership and direction for the overall worship ministry. This would include building a vision or direction for the ministry as well as looking for other opportunities to use music and worship throughout the ministries of FBC.Help to recruit and train volunteers as well as lead these volunteers in their ministry tasks. Minister to these team members as life happens and you will have pastoral moments to come alongside them to be present and supportive.Engage the church members as well as those visiting and be ready to minster as you have the opportunity in these relationships.
