WHO ARE WE?

CrossCreek NYC is a new church plant coming to the Upper Westside area of Manhattan with a passion to reach the people of New York with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to engage the diverse community of the city by providing the hope of the gospel and meeting the needs of the people. CrossCreek NYC will be made up of a core group of highly committed disciple-makers with the vision of raising up and releasing leaders to transform the city. We are proudly a part of the CrossCreek Network, a church planting network committed to planting multiplying churches in Northeast U.S., North Texas and around the world in places like Canada, Spain, Zambia, Burkina Faso and Israel. We are ultimately striving to become a multiplication center for churches that reproduce disciples until Jesus comes back.

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, relational leader who thrives in partnership development and intentional community outreach. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining fruitful relationships with partners who share and invest in our vision. This person will have a natural gift for networking and communicating the vision of the church to the community. They must have the ability to assess the specific needs within the community and create strategies to meet those needs. WHAT’S EXPECTED?

Our Community Engagement Pastor will be expected to lead in our efforts toward reaching and raising leaders in order to create a community on mission in the city. He will be expected to effectively develop and maintain a pipeline of partners who share in the vision of CrossCreek NYC. Here are some things you will need to have to succeed in this role:
