Description

This position will provide visionary leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction to adults (age 22-65) as well as being the primary point person for all missions endeavors.  This person will report to the Executive Pastor and will collaborate to execute the church’s vision and mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in church leadership or similar leadership experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and volunteers.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Deep commitment to the Christian faith and a lifestyle that reflects biblical values and demonstrates personal growth.
  • Strong passion for ministry and a heart for serving the church and community.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretition and integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
