Cornerstone Baptist Church - Pastor Position

Cornerstone Baptist Church is seeking a Pastor who meets the following qualifications:

• Fulfills the Biblical requirements set forth in I Timothy 3:1-13
• Fulfills the Affiliation requirements: a member in good standing with a Southern Baptist Church
• Fulfills the Ordination requirements: Ordained by a Southern Baptist (or like faith) church
• Fulfills the Moral requirements: I Timothy 3, Titus 1.

General Job Requirements:

The Pastor will be responsible for leading the church to function as a New Testament church. The Pastor will lead the congregation, the organizations, and the church staff. He is the leader of all the ministries in the church.

Suggested work schedule as a Bi-vocational Pastor:

• 20 hrs/wk
• Sundays and Wednesdays required
• 60% of hours required to be onsite; 40% of hours can be remote
• Minimum of 8 hours on Sundays and 2 hours on Wednesdays
• There is flexability to change this work schedule depending on the individual's additional employment needs

• Roughly 50-70 in membership/attendance
