First Burk exists to lead all generations to love and follow Jesus in Burkburnett and beyond. We do this by cultivating gospel doctrine and culture, promoting intergeneratinal ministy, proioritizing deep discipleship, and growing a heart for the lost.
The Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Youth is a key Associate Pastor position under the supervision of the Senior Pastor, focusing on the youth of our Chruch and community. In addition to the youth ministry focus, the Assoiciate Pastor of Discipleship and Youth will maximize the discipleship ministries of the Church and assist with pastoral care to the congrigation. The youth ministry at Frist Burk consists of 7th - 12th graders.
