Cross City’s Euless Campus is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Girls Associate & Ministry Assistant to join our Student Ministry team. This role will build authentic relationships with teen girls, lead volunteers, plan and execute Student Ministry and girl-specific events, and provide vital administrative support to the Student Ministry department. If you have a heart for teen girls, are excited about discipling the next generation of young women, have a passion for supporting student ministry teams, and love creating meaningful connections, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements:

• Have and maintain a personal, growing relationship with Christ
• Demonstrate a passion for God and personal consistent practice of spiritual disciplines
• Alignment with Cross City’s beliefs, as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000), and especially the 7 beliefs covering The Bible, The Trinity, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation, The Second Coming, and Marriage
• Actively attend and participate at Cross City Church, or commit to begin doing so upon hire
• Background in student ministry (volunteer or professional)
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
• Event planning experience with attention to detail
• Natural team builder who thrives in collaborative and social environments
