Vallecito Baptist Church has an opening for Lead Pastor of our church. A home (parsonage) can be part of the salary package. The pastor would be responsible for bringing the sermon each Sunday, working with the elders to lead and support the church ministries, work with the worship leader for Sunday morning worship and special services, perform weddings and funerals, define and manage the annual budget, and support congregational care.
