The Kids Minister at Crossroads Church in Rowlett will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, discipleship, and leadership for children and their families by creating and implementing a comprehensive, safe, fun, Christ-centered environment for children,birth through 5th grade, to grow in their faith in Jesus. They will plan and oversee Sunday morning kids ministries,midweek ministries and oversee all events within the family ministry and help in church wide events to support the mission and vision of the church. They will help recruit, equip and guide a ministry team of volunteers. They will also work with church leadership and staff to develop a family ministry that reflects our mission and values.
