FBC Friona is seeking God's man to serve as the shepherd, provide spiritual leadership and dicipleship as we seek together to grow the kingdom. We believe in the inerrant Word of God and seek a pastor who meets the biblical qualifications found in 1 Timothy chapter 3 and Titus chapter 1. Leadership and organizational skills are a must. We currently have a PT worship/music director, a FT youth minister and a PT children's coordinator. Our community has a large number of hispanics and we have a good balance of families, young and old. Our last pastor completed 15 1/2 years of faithful service. There is no parsonage, so housing will need to be agreed upon. Salary and benefits to be determined.
