Position Statement
The Pastor of Family Ministries is the advocate for the generations of the church body and overseer of discipleship from birth to 12th grade.
Description
College Baptist Church is seeking someone with a heart to work harmoniously with CBC to accomplish the spiritual growth of infants through high school seniors. The Pastor of Family Ministries is responsible to the Senior Pastor and the church. He will work directly with organizing, directing, conducting, and evaluating ministries within his purview. Our goal is to teach Christian principles using the Bible as the center of all instruction. He is also responsible for being a full partner with members of the pastoral staff in the outreach and pastoral care of the church.
Information
This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $39,500 in addition to a 3 bed 2 bath parsonage with paid utilities. (Total value of package is about $63,000.)
