Our new Lead Pastor begins his ministry in June, and you can feel the work of God in our church family.

Salem is the capital of Oregon and is a great place to live and raise a family. In addition to all the city has to offer, we are 45 minutes from the mountains, 45 minutes from the coast, and 45 minutes from Portland. The weather is mild, the economy is strong, and the people are amazing. The population of Salem is 180,000 and the metro area has 400,000, both are growing. While Salem is an unchurched community there is a great opportunity to make a Kingdom impact.

The yearly salary for the Student Pastor position is $60,000 +, depending on experience. We also offer benefits.

If you are interested in this position, please send us a cover letter explaining why you are interested in this position and a copy of your resume to stephen.heleman@salemec.com.
