First Baptist Church Coolidge is seeking a Bi-Vocational pastor for our small rural town church that is located about 35 miles east of Waco and 90 miles south of DFW area. We are an established church with a long history. Coolidge is an ethnically diverse community that, like many others, has experienced many changes in recent years. We are looking for a Spirit-filled leader who can help our church to better reach the our community. We are a church uniquely affiliated with Southern Baptist of Texas Convention.
Our town offers a small but very good school district. The closest grocery stores and Walmart are in Mexia, about 12 miles away. A recent church survey showed an age preference between 30 and 50 years with some seminary training.
