Nall Avenue Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who has a heart for God and discipling His people. We believe that God is already preparing this servant to step into this leadership position. Our new Senior Pastor will have a desire to develop authentic relationships and transform lives by pointing them to Jesus Christ. He will be excited about nurturing disciples, intentional evangelism and seeking to meet the needs of our community through ongoing ministry and outreach. As he humbly seeks God's guidance, he will provide leadership for the staff and church members to bring hope from the Gospel to our surrounding community and be open to using new tools and technologies to communicate God's love effectively.
We have a faithful, generous and traditional founding generation, as well as younger generations seeking to bring Jesus to our neighbors in a post-Covid era. Both are important parts of our church family who need a pastor with a heart for loving people and the ability to minister to different generations within and outside our church.
We are located in Prairie Village, Kansas (the greater Kansas City metropolitan area). NABC is a Southern Baptist church that has been serving the community for almost 70 years. The purpose statement of our church is "To glorify God by being a spiritual fellowship for the development of disciples."
