Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, promote and supervise a program of church music and worship.
Plan church music programs for the church choir.
Lead worship at regular and special services at the church.
Enlist and train individuals, duets, trios, quartets and praise teams for special music.
Prepare and submit an annual music budget.
Supervise the work of the instrumentalists.
Maintain a close walk with the Lord through personal prayer and Bible study, then translate this into Christ-like living.
