Music Minister Position

Part Time/Bivocational

Area of Responsibilities

Lead in organizing, conductiong and evaluating the church music program;
Participate regularly in leading worship music at Sunday gatherings and other occasional events;
Oversee sound and video team and equipment and team;
Establish and lead rehearsals as needed

Qualifications

Understanding of and willingness to serve within the doctrinational beliefs of the church and live according to the biblical requirements for leaders in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, 2 Timothy 2, Titus 1:5-9;
Posess leadership potential, good interpersonal communication skills, and adaptability/resilience;
Ability to read sheet music;
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Child Protection Screening

Preferred, But Not Required

Proficient in at least one musical instrument;
Familiarity leading a chorus and/or group of musicians;
Music Degree or working toward one;
