Associate Pastor Worship/Youth

About Us

First Baptist Church Coolidge is excited to find our next Associate Worship/Youth Pastor! We're a small but faithful church looking to grow our youth ministry. We're well-established in our community and want to see our youth transformed and drawn closer to God.

Who We're Looking For

The right person for this role has a heart for youth and music. You should be passionate about serving the body of Christ and eager to see lives changed.

Your Duties

• Plan and lead worship and tech team each week.
• Schedule weekly practice for the worship team.
• Guide and lead the youth ministry, including a weekly meeting on Wednesday nights.
• Partner with the local school district.
• Plan events for ministry and fellowship.
• Work with the pastor through prayer and vision to reach the youth of Coolidge.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the pastor.

Position Details

We want to fill this position as soon as possible. This is a bi-vocational role, so you'll need outside employment to support your income.
